Each piece individually created by craftsmen with decades of experience creating quality furniture. Frames manufactured from hardwood grown in well managed American forests with Forest Stewardship council certification. Good quality steel screws, fasteners used along with non toxic natural glues.

Our Bean Organic line of cushioning created from 100% natural latex foam rubber, providing greater support and comfort. Long lasting with least toxins than any other cushion material available till date. Our natural latex foam rubber is eco friendly and a renewable source tapped from natural rubber trees found in rain forests. To be precise, sap collected from the “ Hevea Brasiienses” tree and actually better than other petroleum based urethane foams. Latex is safely bio degradable after 20 years or later when the life span is over.

We only use natural organic hemp or jute for covering all steel based springs and tight back springs. Over it a covering of latex rubber foam and above that a covering of pure organic cotton batting is filled as cushioning material, secured with cotton sheeting. The piece of furniture is upholstered in special hemp fabrics, Eco optional fabrics designed for you. Customer given fabrics are also used. Natural core welting enhances each piece.
